The Client Relationship Officer (CRO) provides support to the Client Relationship Management team on all relevant operations. The CRO’s work focuses on clients in Tanzania and the East Africa region to ensure quality onboarding, training, support, and retention of eProd clients.

Client Relations Management Traineeship (click here for the TOR)
As a Trainee Clients Relations Officer (CRO) you participate in an intensive six-months traineeship that provides an al round opportunity to learn about all aspects of working in an agricultural technology company on client relations management. In order to maximize exposure, your main tasks are related to the support of the different teams and departments within the company: client technical support, product management, software development, marketing, project management as detailed in the Trainee CRO job description.
Successful candidates will be offered Client Relationship Officer (CRO) position after the Traineeship program.
